**All Singles and Sealed Products are non-refundable except in cases of condition issues, which will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

Return and Refund Policy

If you would like to request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.  Returns must be received by 14 days for a refund. To be eligible for a return/refund items must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging, if applicable.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

All Singles and Sealed Products are Nonrefundable, except in cases of condition issues, which will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

Gift Cards are non-returnable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, a refunded will be initiated and will be posted to your original payment method within10 business days. 

Refunds issued will not include original shipping charges if applicable. Shipping charges for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
